The Spouse Program is a service by the City of Helsinki that helps international newcomers moving to the Helsinki capital region alongside their partner.

We organise a variety of community activities and career support services to help you settle into your new home.

    Please note that the Spouse Program’s career support services are meant for spouses residing in Helsinki.
