This accessibility report explains how the spouseprogram.fi online service complies with the law on the provision of digital services, what are the shortcomings in the accessibility of the site and how you can give us feedback on accessibility problems.

The City of Helsinki is responsible for this online service. We want as many users as possible to be able to use our digital services. We take accessibility into account in the development of digital services.

How accessible are the pages?

This online service largely meets the legal A and AA level accessibility criteria (WCAG Criterion 2.1). There are some accessibility shortcomings in the online service, which are described in more detail below.

1.1.1. Missing alternative text
  • Alt-texts are missing from decorative images (WCAG 1.3.1, 2.4.6)
2.4.2 Missing or uninformative page title
  • The page title is missing  (WCAG 2.4.4)
1.4.3. Contrast (minimum) level AA
  • Background color and link color do not achieve contrast of 4.5:1 (WCAG 2.4.7)

The shortcomings listed here will be addressed during 2020.

How have we tested accessibility?

Thesd remarks are based on a third party to make the assessment of whether a network satisfies the requirements specified in the Act.
