If you are a customer of a municipal experiment or TE Office, you can find out if (City/community/TE Office) can grant pay subsidy to promote your employment. The companies appreciate this subsidy and sometimes this support can play a decisive role in the recruitment. You can ask for more information from your advisor in the City of Helsinki employment services/TE-Office.
If is not possible to find employment in the company, but the company interests you a lot and suits your profile, one option is to enter the company for a work trial (like an internship). Once you have showed your suitability for the company, it will be easier to become employed in the future. The City of Helsinki employment services/TE Office will decide whether a work trial is possible. You can try to find the work trial position by yourself, but also by being in contact with your own advisor in the City of Helsinki employment services/TE-Office.
