Meet your trainer

André Noël Chaker is an award-winning speaker, writer, and tech entrepreneur originally from Canada, now based in Finland. He is the co-founder of MySpeaker, Europe’s fastest-growing speaking and technology company, and the architect behind its innovative AI platform, Rhetorich.

Over the past decade, André has become one of Finland’s top business speakers, with over 1,000 keynotes delivered globally. His accolades include Speaker of the Year (2012) and multiple honors at the Finnish Evento Awards.

A law graduate from McGill University with an MBA from Aalto, André has also led ventures in tech, sports, and gaming, and served in executive roles at Veikkaus Oy and major global sports organizations.

Meet your trainer

Maria Krajewska-Olkkonen advises companies on how to accelerate growth and succeed in the digital environment by implementing Growth Mindset, Experimentation and Self-Learning Culture. She is also a PhD researcher of Flow State and optimal experience.
Prior to joining MySpeakerGrowth, Maria was a Chief Operation Officer and a Head of Sales at Nordic Business Forum, where she also worked directly with the teams of President Barack Obama, Sara Blakely and Simon Sinek, among others.
Maria is originally from Poland and has built a successful life and career in Finland. She is happy to offer to the Spouse Program members her experience and coaching abilities to help you succeed as well.
