What is this Coffee Room about?
With ystävänpäivä* (friend’s day) right around the corner, the first Spouse Program Coffee Room of 2026 focuses on making friends and meeting people. In this fun community event, we’ll get together to explore and practice how to make friends in Finland and build your social circle as a newcomer.
It can be challenging to find new friends in adult life, especially when navigating a new country where you don’t know many people and a new culture where things work differently. That’s why we encourage you to join this event – come and join us, start connecting more with others socially, and make your life in Finland more enjoyable. This can be another step toward building your great social circle!
What to expect?
We’re excited to collaborate with Amanda from Luckan Integration for this event! Amanda will be sharing helpful tips and tricks on making friends and growing your social circle as a newcomer in Finland.
We will also host fun and relaxed networking activities that will help you meet new people easily. This is a fun opportunity for you to meet people who might become your new gym partner, coffee buddy or someone you make fun weekend plans with!
