CONSENT FORM FOR DATA PROCESSING
City of Helsinki needs your consent to process your personal data to provide you with the Spouse Program’s Career Coaching service.
What data is processed by the City of Helsinki and its service providers in the Career Coaching service?

- age
- profession
- educational degrees
- previous work experience
- career-related skills and competencies
- employment status
- customership in the employment services
- future career plans
- photograph
- video
- personal code in the system
For what purpose is the data processed?
Participant data is processed with the purposes of planning, implementing, reporting, and developing the Career Coaching service. The aim of the Career Coaching is to provide the international spouses living in Helsinki with a service that supports their employment.
What rights do you have over your data?
You have rights over your personal data processed by the City of Helsinki. For example, you can request to receive an exported file of the data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
You can also cancel your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to silvia.ruz-anjala@hel.fi. After cancelling your consent, the City of Helsinki will no longer process your data in the Career Coaching service.
